Project Manager
Taiwo Samuel Iyekowa is a Chartered and Registered Quantity Surveyor, Project Manager, and construction cost management professional with over nine years of progressive experience in quantity surveying, project management, contract administration, procurement, and cost control across residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. He is currently a Quantity Surveyor/Project Manager with Briscoe Properties Limited, where he is responsible for project planning, cost management, contract administration, procurement oversight, and the successful delivery of high-value real estate developments.
Throughout his career, Taiwo has demonstrated expertise in strategic cost planning, value engineering, tendering, budgeting, risk management, project monitoring, and stakeholder coordination. He has successfully managed and provided cost consultancy services on projects valued in excess of ₦9 billion, ensuring optimum value for money while maintaining quality, safety, and programme objectives.
His project portfolio includes residential estates, commercial developments, educational facilities, healthcare projects, industrial facilities, oil and gas infrastructure, and institutional developments. Notable projects include the Rotary International Prostate Cancer Centre, Benue Housing Development Programme, Federal Polytechnic Ede Lecture Halls, CNG Plant Facilities, and various luxury residential developments in Lagos.
Taiwo holds a Higher National Diploma in Quantity Surveying from Yaba College of Technology and is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Construction Project Management at the University of Ibadan. He is a Chartered Member of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (MNIQS), a Registered Quantity Surveyor with the Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN), and possesses professional certifications in Project Management, Health, Safety and Environment, Fire Safety, and Risk Assessment.
