PORT HARCOURT BOOK CENTRE is a project by the Port Harcourt Literary Society (PHLS) and is made up of an ultramodern Public Library, an Events, and Cultural Centre, a Writers’ Hostel, and a multi-purpose Theatre.
QUEEN’S COLLEGE KITCHEN AND DINING HALL Renovation of the Dining Kitchen and dining hall was a project by the Queen’s College Old Girls Association (QCOGA). This included an upgrade of the kitchen/Dining Hall building and supply and Installation of industrial Kitchen equipment inclusive of the mechanical and electrical works which comprised of a water treatment plant and gas tank installations.

Subaru Motors Auto showroom and workshop at Victoria Island – is a conversion of a residential building to an auto center with car display showroom, offices spare parts store, and after sales workshop for Subaru Motors Nigeria Limited
Oluwole Urban Mall is a modern market development in the heart of Lagos Island comprising lock-up shops and open floor shop spaces. The project was commissioned by the Lagos state governor in May 2010. The mall is designed as a part of the Urban Renewal process on Lagos Island.

Four Points by Sheraton, Lagos is a 234-room hotel designed with facilities including a spa, gym, meeting rooms, restaurants, and bars. The hotel is being managed by the Starwood group and opened to the public in September 2010.
