He holds a bachelor’s degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State, and has further distinguished himself with degrees in Human Resources Management and Project Management from The Alison Services, Galway, Ireland.
Throughout his career, Adewale has partnered with several organisations to streamline processes, enhance performance management, and instil a culture of continuous improvement. His expertise in restructuring frameworks and optimising workflows has not only driven sustainable operational improvements but also translated seamlessly into effective property management practices. By refining policies, procedures, and documentation, he ensures clarity, compliance, and a high level of service.
Adewale currently serves as the Head of Facility Management at Briscoe Properties Limited where he implements asset management models and workforce optimisation policies in boosting performance of facilities and maintaining asset lifecycle. His proactive approach makes him an invaluable asset to our team and a trusted leader in managing our facilities.
