Samuel is a qualified Facility Management Professional (FMP), a Full member of International Facility Management Association (IFMA).
He graduated with HND (Upper Credit) in Mechanical Engineering from Kwara State Polytechnic in 2006 and had an Advance Diploma Certificate in Facility Management from University of Lagos. An Associate Member of Institute of Strategic Management of Nigeria (ISMN).
Samuel bagged Postgraduate Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and Masters of Project Development and Implementation from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) and University of Ibadan respectively.
He is a certified engineering personnel by the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and had trainings several trainnings in engineering services and quality management system implementation. He is also certified by National Educational Board of Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH), UK, and the Nigeria Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria (ISPON) for competence in general Health and Safety Management System.
Samuel joined Briscoe Properties Limited in 2010 and currently serve as Facility Manager and the Coordinator of Quality Management System of the company
