HAB Fashinro Court is a well-planned mixed-used development located in Apapa Lagos. BPL was appointed in 2012 to provide FM services covering infrastructure maintenance and janitorial services. The estate consists of 10 blocks of 6 flats each totaling 60 flats, an event hall, and a shopping arcade.
This is a multi-purpose office complex comprising 4000 square meters of lettable space broken down into 3 event halls and 27 offices. BPL was appointed to manage the facility in 2017 and based on performance has subsequently obtained some other property management contracts from the clients.
BPL was appointed in 2018 to provide integrated FM services to this 9Mobile Data Centre. The regional telecommunication subscriber data are being managed and transmitted through a server domiciled in the building. BPL has consistently won the applause of 9Mobile for the efficient service delivery to the Data Centre in spite of its sensitivity.
Earl’s Court, Ikate-Elegushi, Lekki Lagos, a residential development comprising of 109 dwelling units of various typologies has been managed by BPL since 2017.
Temple Court is a premium residential development located at 19B, Olu Holloway Road, off Alfred Riwane Way, Ikoyi Lagos. It comprises 13 units of 3-bedroom terraced duplexes each with a maid’s room.
